What You Receive
The standard deliverable is a shareable 3D tour. If you also need tagged highlights, floor plans, point-cloud data, CAD or BIM files, we confirm compatibility, cost and capture requirements before the appointment.

You receive a practical preparation list. On site, we manage the scan path and verify coverage of the agreed areas before leaving.

On-site time depends on square footage, number of floors, layout, occupied conditions, exterior coverage and access. After reviewing the property details, we will provide an expected capture window.
The camera records a complete 360-degree view. Before capture, clear confidential material, unlock included rooms, identify excluded areas and keep people, pets and moving equipment outside the active scan path. Marketing spaces should be presentation-ready.
For residential real estate, six months of hosting is included from delivery. For commercial, construction and facilities projects, the hosting term is stated in the proposal so it matches the project timeline. Continued hosting can be arranged before the included term ends.
Yes. We can plan the 3D capture alongside still photography and property film so access, readiness and coverage are coordinated through one production schedule.
Yes. Separate visits can be scheduled around agreed milestones. Each model records the visible conditions on that capture date, and repeat visits are scoped in advance.
The 3D tour is the core deliverable. Additional files are quoted separately after we confirm compatibility and accuracy requirements.
No. Matterport supports immersive viewing and visual documentation, but it does not replace a licensed survey or specialized measurement when legal, structural or fabrication tolerances apply.
