Information you provide
When you submit a contact or project-inquiry form, we receive the information you enter. Depending on the form, that may include your name, company, email address, phone number, project type, property or project location, timeframe, requested services and message.
Providing this information is voluntary, but we need enough detail to respond to the inquiry.
Information collected automatically
The web server and hosting provider may record standard technical information when the site is requested, such as an IP address, browser or device type, requested URL, referring page, response status and timestamp. These logs support security, troubleshooting and reliable site operation.
This site does not currently use advertising pixels, heatmaps or analytics tracking.
How information is used
Inquiry information is used to respond, understand the requested work, discuss scope and availability, prepare estimates, schedule services and maintain ordinary business correspondence. Technical logs may be used to protect and maintain the website.
Island Luxury Photography does not sell personal information.
Service providers and disclosure
The website relies on providers that support web hosting and email delivery. They may process information only as needed to provide those services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the website, the business or other people.
Retention
The website does not create a separate database of inquiry submissions. Submitted inquiries are delivered by email and may remain in ordinary business correspondence and records for as long as needed to respond, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. Server-log retention is controlled by the hosting environment.
Session cookies
The site uses a temporary session cookie for secure form handling, request-rate controls and form-confirmation behavior. The cookie is not used for advertising and normally expires when the browser session ends.
Vimeo video playback
Property films use local poster images until you choose to play a video. After you select Play, the site connects to Vimeo and loads its player. Vimeo may receive technical information such as your IP address, device and browser details, and may use cookies or similar technology under its own privacy policy.
External links
Links to Instagram, Vimeo and other external websites take you to services governed by their own privacy practices. Review those services’ policies before providing information to them.
Security
The production website uses HTTPS. Inquiry forms use server-side validation, CSRF protection, a honeypot, minimum-submit-time checks and rate limiting. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
Questions and requests
You may ask about information associated with an inquiry or request that it be corrected or deleted, subject to records we need to keep for legal or ordinary business purposes. Email info@islandluxuryphotography.com.
